CWGC Sutton Road Visit

We had such a beautiful day for our CWGC visit to the Sutton Road Cemetery this week - it was reported as the warmest April day since 1949! Thank you to all those who were able to attend, Steve Taylor for hosting our event and our specialists who were able to explain about the CWGC memorials in the cemetery. The 283 service people buried at Sutton Road come from many countries and from all of the conflicts since the Great War in 1914. Our participants were moved by the personal messages that families had inscribed on their loved ones memorials and everyone gained insight into the heritage of their town.
