Many thanks to all those who attended the Sutton Road Poppy Dedication for making it such a wonderful and poignant day.  We were so pleased to have the support of the Royal British Legion, the Royal Artillery Association, Shoeburyness, our Bugler, Barry Nunn and the most marvellous young people and staff from St Christopher School Southend.  None of this would have been possible without the support of Steve Taylor and his staff at Southend-on-Sea Burial Services, thanks again for making us so welcome.

All the poppies that survived the November Poppy Installation on Southend Seafront are being distributed to Great War graves and we intend to honour as many of those that died during this terrible conflict as we can.
